Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Olana, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Olana is a health and fitness dashboard that aggregates data from wearable devices and provides AI-powered insights. Olana is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

The insights generated by Olana's AI are for informational and wellness purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

• You must provide accurate authentication information (email or phone number)
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure
• You must be at least 16 years old to use Olana
• One person per account — sharing accounts is not permitted

Olana offers a free tier with limited AI queries per day and a premium subscription with unlimited AI, advanced features, and no ads. Premium pricing is displayed before purchase.

• Subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google per their respective policies
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

Olana allows you to connect your own AI provider API key. When using BYOK:

• Your health data is sent to the AI provider you configure
• You are responsible for the costs incurred with your provider
• Olana is not responsible for how third-party providers handle your data in BYOK mode

You grant Olana permission to read health data from Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, and any wearable APIs you connect. This data is used solely to provide you with the Olana service as described in our Privacy Policy.

You can revoke health data access at any time through your device's system settings.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Olana
• Use Olana to develop a competing product
• Abuse the AI features (spamming, prompt injection, generating harmful content)
• Circumvent usage limits or rate limiting
• Share your account or resell access

Olana is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for health decisions made based on Olana's insights
• We are not liable for inaccuracies in data from wearable devices or AI-generated content
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Olana in the 12 months preceding the claim
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data is deleted per our Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Olana after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
